Awesome experience - First order with AlgaeBarn

I had been researching starting up a pod culture, and adding Pods to my tank, and always saw the name AlgaeBarn come up.

Finally pulled the trigger, and took advance of their Halloween "get free Apocalype Pods" offer, and placed an order.

Package arrived exactly when promised, with a very inventive insulation process I hadn't seen used before.

Cheato was clean, and larger than expected, lots of obvious life in the containers of Pods, and the Ocean Magik was... well, green... Not sure how to evaluate that, but I assume it is high qualilty as well!

All in all, an awesome first experience. Even included an AlgaeBarn sticker, and a Swedish Fish candy (which my granddaughter stole rather quickly!)
 
I wish I could say the same... I ordered on the 26th ordered “shipped” on the 28th and was supposed to get delivered yesterday but hasn’t left the sorting facility in Denver.
I contacted @AlgaeBarn on Facebook and their site to see what’s the issue and how can we resolve it because having phyto and pods in a USPS sorting facility for 3 days isn’t exactly what I expected my LIVE product to go through.
 
They reached out to me and said I should wait for the order to arrive and contact them then if there is any problems. They don’t have control over the package once it’s in USPS hands down I guess we will see how this situation develops.

Just saw this, Mario sent us photos and while its hard to tell if they made it (pods are tiny on camera), we are reshipping the pods free of charge. We can't control the post office and it's a pretty rare issue for packages to get stuck in the distribution center (but totally sucks when it happens), but we do everything we can to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.

You guys are making me feel very welcomed and helping me sort this out so I have no complaints so far about you guys. It was just a bad experience with USPS but you guys are trying to make it right and as a business owner myself I 100% appreciate that and respect it.

I will be doing a review once all this is sorted out stating everything that happen to make sure people know the kind of company you guys are and how crappy USPS is lol
