Awm module

hi could use some help. I cannot get my apex to rec my awm module. It says module unknown. I had it recognize it like 4 months ago when i was just getting things in for my tank. They paired had the settings on my lap top. This was xmas time. Now i finally have everything on the tank set and now it just keeps giving me module unknown. Can do anything with lights

Have you updated the firmware for the module?

Originally when i first got it. Then i kinda stopped work on the tank for a while. Put the apex back in boxes the put everything back together again now it wont evrn recoginze it. Says unknown module.

Hmm delete it and start again. If it comes to it their cs is great and can remote access your computer and get it set up for you

Yea i have to call them. I deleated it. When i plug it in it come up the same thing. Whats hard is their hours are only during my working hours. Going to haft to take a day off for this.
