Yes if you watch phosphates closely. Carbon dosing is not the best at lowering phosphate, so I'd imagine it would be fine if your phosphates aren't too low.

My po4 is under 0.15. Thought of this product mainly to lower nitrates while adding a few elements.

I agree it is fine to use with GFO as long as phosphate does not get too low, which is the same rule as GFO alone.
