So today I noticed this appear on my rocks. Is it a baby bubbletip anemone? I've never had any split so I don't know where this came from. I had a pink hammer coral awhile back that left its skeleton, similar color but this has a mouth. Any ideas? It's only an inch.

Hard to tell from the picture, but I would say bubbletip anemone, but you would need to observe it some more to find out and under better light.

Can they multiply without splitting? I took another with brighter lights. Mouth looks wide open but I haven't had any anemones split or any gone missing that could be dying. It's very odd! But it's attached to the rock with a foot.

Very odd indeed. This doesn't have super clear signs of being an anemone, but that is as close as I can place it. Let us know how it does as time goes by.
