Scared me at first, because I thought it was an Aiptasia. ;Hilarious

I hear they are beneficial filter feeders, so I’ll just leave him. :)
 
It's really hard to see what you've got circled. Baby/mini/micro feather dusters are beneficial. Keep an eye on it though as some Hydroids can look similar.

Definitely a lot clearer! Looks like a feather duster. Still, keep an eye on it just in case.
 
They have some absolutely MASSIVE ones at my LFS. Obviously I would never buy one, but it’s kinda cool to find one in my tank. :)
Different breeds. The big ones are nice. I like the Christmas Tree worms.
