Baby green moray eel ID?

Does this look like a green moray to you guys? I have never seen one this small before

I'm not sure because of the lighting, but I think so. Not going to be a good aquarium subject. A green moray will need 400+ gallons, and will eat any fish/invertebrates smaller than it.
