I found this guy in the rear section of my tank. What is it and is it an issue.

It's likely the Medusa stage of a hydroid. Usually not very long lived.

Just found this guy. I’m thinking upside down jelly as it was pressed against the sides. I’ll try get a better picture in the morning.
