Baby porcupine puffer reef safe?

Hey guys, My LFS has a bunch of little baby 3 inch or so porcupine puffers. I have always wanted one but I have a reef tank. My thinking is that they will be less of a risk when they are that small since they probably wont go after my shrimp or snails. What are your opinions??
