Baby shrimp?

These look like baby shrimp to me, I've got them all of my 40 breeder. They've been in my tank for around 2-3 weeks growing and hiding in the rocks. I haven't seen anything eating them but didn't think they would live this long. Any experience or suggestions?

That's the plan for now, every thing I read on them said they'd be dead before I got the right stuff to raise them with but somehow they're lovin the tank and thriving
