Baby Snail?

Is this a baby snail? I found it next to the large snail that had toppled over?

Thanks for the responses. I will look for photos of a limpet and a stomatella snail and see if I can come up with a positive ID

Look up cowrie too, not an expert but to me the shell seems too tall for a stoma and not the right shape for a limpet.
