Baby tube anemone!

I have some amazing news that I want to share here! My tube nems had a baby!! I don’t know much about their reproductive habits but I know they don’t split like other nems do. Im not sure who the parents are because he looks purple in daylight and orange under blue lights. Either way, I’m thrilled to have a little taste of success among so many failures in this hobby. Baby is doing great and growing like a weed.

wow, very nice. How many tube anemone do you have in the tank? I currently just have one but want to add some more.

Thanks so much! I currently have nine tubes in the same tank, counting the baby. It’s a bit crowded but everyone is doing well. There isn’t any other livestock in the tank, just rock and sand. They seem to coexist with their own kind very well but I wouldn’t trust them around fish or other nems.
