Baby Zoa’s?

Hello, so i bought some new nuclear green zoas and when they came in i noticed they were very small (each lil polyp.… is it because there newer in my tank? or are they actually baby zoa’s… also how long do you guys think itll take for the zoas to cover the whole ugly frag plug
