Ive never seen this before, its almsot got no discernable head and looks almost like a leafhopper insect but its definitely some kind of isopod cause it has tons of clear legs and it rolls up when disturbed, anyone know species?

Since you can see legs and moves fast could be an isopod. If so you will need to get these out depending on which type

 
that aint no chiton, thats 100% an isopod but not sure if its the cirolanid or spheromatid one.

You're correct, sorry. I have little chiton that have markings on their shell that look a lot like the photo.

If it curls up, I believe it's not the bad kind of isopod
 
I don't know the species (keying them out is really a lab process), but if it rolls into a ball like a terrestrial isopod, then it's a Sphaeromatid Isopod, and it's harmless/beneficial.
Cool, i threw him in my hitchhiker tank just in case and he swam away
