Okay, day 3 in at 1ml/10g and no real change yet. Doing every 12 hrs. Hoping to see signs soon.

I keep water chemistry as my hobby
Are there dosing standards yet? I have been vacuuming infected sand and replacing with new sand. I do small sections each week. It's a fix but I'm not sure it's a permanent fix as I see it still pop up in areas I laid new sand. It's not much but still grows.

Will probably start this soon with a small dose and move up. I dont have cayno in the tank but the sump man its got a strong hold down there. No matter what I do it just wont go away. I thought it was from the vodka so I quit dosing removed all the cayno and its back. Thought about trying vinegar to see if maybe I can get a different bacteria strand to out compete it than I got with vodka but I have always liked my vodka and its hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

No there is no set plan until I get this put togethet.
Also yes.. this issue is so wide spread that it needed my attention.

I'm still having clean clear water no livestock showing signs of discomfort still no regrowth on cyano or dinos, GHA still dieing off and clearing out.

I have a similar situation. Cyano is growing and I have been dosing 2x a day at a little over 1/10. Have been dosing for the last 2 weeks possibly with a 4 day break (vacation) in the middle. Would also send a sample to Twilliard if he had openings.I must have some "super" cyano. Here are some pics 7 days apart. My cyano is actually growing although I am feeding twice a day. I also probably killed my skunk shrimp this morning when I dosed.
Do you need any more test tanks twilliard?

I do recommend sending samples to verify the presence of cyanobacteria

I set up my Schotling Oxydator last week when I had an outbreak of dinos in my new cycled frag tank and It's 90% clear now.
I think I had about 200ml of 6% h2o2 in there and after about a week it's only dispensed about 1/3 of the the total volume. (25 gal system)
I've always dosed h202 into my Zoa frag tanks after doing any major maintenance or if any slime algae ever appeared but this is the first time I've ever dosed it 24/7 automatically, and so far I'm very happy with what's happening.
Skimmer production had increased dramatically, shy fish are now seen more frequently and so far the Zoas seem to be very happy.
When dosing by hand I would see a defence/stress reaction and all my corals would close up, especially the Zoas, and they would not open for half hour, sometimes longer. Now I'm not hand dosing this never happens.

That won't work against cyanobacteria if that is what it is.
I just added one yesterday. Hoping for similar results, but after 24 hours strangely no change in ORP. I assumed I would get an ORP spike considering my probe is in the same chamber as my schotling in the sump. I am using 2 pellets with 12 pct solution on 290g system

I'm sorry but this "oxydenator" plays the absolute same role in marine aquaria except your using a catalyst.
Marine water is the catalyst
This is not a thread to push sales of a "device" when it comes to h2o2
So now tell me what part of h2o2 is most effective after going through a catalyst, how it breaks the bond and what you have left
