My Tank Thread
My Aquarium Showcase
So l left for Palm Springs Saturday and came back just now. I have no one with reef experience to help me out so I was at the mercy of a complete nub to aquariums of any kind. I spent a week going over my tanks 2 75 and a 40 breeder for fresh and a 90, 55 and 60 gallon salt. I completely cleaned my sumps, skimmers clean all of the hob fresh water filters ECT. My helper came over a week ahead of time and I showed her all of the systems but in no way could I explain any of it to her Incase there was an emergency, so I had to leave it to faith I did my job and everything would be ok. Ato's topped off. I marked each tank with a dry eraser tank # 1-6. How many feedings and time of day ECT. All tanks that need light were on timers. I fill small snack bags for each feeding separately for every tank and the dry stuff I put the weeks feedings in silo cups next to each tank and the frozen in the freezer . I came home and everything was awesome, no losses and the helper said we made it so easy for her, that after the first day she had no stress. I make this post so that someone who has never left their tank before can have a little confidence and a guide to make it easier on the helper.
