Those will look good around the tank!!

OK, it's been 3 months and I got tired of waiting for Waterbox to restock their covers for the rear chambers. A sheet of extruded plastic and some Krazy glue did the trick!

Ordered both of these reactors and will likely be running carbon and phosgaurd. The TLF reactor I will split the return flow from my Varios pump and add a flow adjuster inline. There is room in the final chamber to add the minimax plus I like the fact it'll be inside the overflow instead of hanging off the back but I'm not sure I want to add another electronic pump in this tank.

Before then after. Added a lid for the lights I made from sheets of extruded pvc I ordered off Amazon for less than 50 bucks!

Tank is looking great!

Great idea with the extruded PVC. Going to look into that!

And I'm out of this tank. The AIO 65.4 GAL PENINSULA FROM WATERBOX IS THE WORST TANK I'VE EVER OWNED. YOU CAN NOT FIT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO RUN A MIXED REEF WITH FISH. THE STAND IS FLIMSY, THE CHAMBERS ARE SMALL, POORLY DESIGNED AND THEY DON'T EVEN SELL THEM ANYMORE. TO RUN A SKIMMER ,UV LIGHT, HEATER AND THERMOMETER, AND RETURN PUMP THERE'S NO ROOM. THE SMALL 1ST CHAMBER MEANS YOUR FILTER MEDIA IS CLOGGING EVERYDAY. THE VIDEO ON YOUTUBE SAID "ALL OUR PENINSULA TAKE COME WITH A SUMP" AND THEY ACTUALLY TOOK THAT VIDEO DOWN BC OF MY COMPLAINT AND GAVE ME $100 STORE CREDIT FOR THE CONFUSION. I'VE HAD 260g, 80g, 125g ALL SUCCESSFUL.

Ahh dang, that's a bummer. It's such a cool dimension tank, and that light system you made for it is awesome! Hopefully the next one you get meets your expectations!

I honestly feel if I had a sump it would've been my best Creation yet, but when it arrived without one I took it as a challenge, and I failed. I've had 14 & 29gal biocubes that worked out nicely, but for some reason I just couldn't keep this in check. My biggest challenge was that both pads and filter socks I used would clog in a day or 2 and the process would raise the water level in the display tank and throw off my skimmer when I swapped them out. The reefmat took up too much space to fit a heater.

Did you break it down yet?

Did you break it down yet?
Yes. I sold all the fish to a local reefer, moved the corals and mandarin to office tank and some college kid is on his way to pick up the tank & stand tonight. I'll be building a 150-180 DD this winter so I kept the lights and mp40s
