Hello all,

I kept a 20gal nano for a couple years in the early 2000’s and then stopped for the last 15 years. Wow has this hobby changed! The tech available now is amazing. Between LEDs, tons of skimmers, premade sumps etc it’s like learning from scratch all over again. I never stopped keeping tanks just haven’t done sw in a long time. I’m starting to accumulate parts for a 75-90 mixed reef DT now and excited to be back.

Reading here the last week has been amazing.

Welcome aboard! You've come to the right place. Looking forward to seeing your progress. You may want to consider starting a build thread in the members tanks section. Best way to document your journey.

Welcome back to the salt life. The tech available now us crazy compared to back in the day and this site is AMAZING not just for info in the threads but the people who make this site best around. Look forward to seeing your build

One of the great things about saltwater fish is their makeup! Glad you’re here!

Glad you joined! I too had a saltwater hiatus and came back to think my head was going to explode with all the new technology. Things are still the same -- the tech is just different. There are lots of experienced reefers here who love to help. And get a build thread started under "member tanks" when you get the chance. You are going to love it here.
