Back to the reef life! 16gal.

Broke down after being out of saltwater for 4 years and bought a used 16 gal biocube.

I ended up buying 2 ocellaris from a local buddy along with some GSP & got of bonus of some zoas (back left).

Currently only have the 2 smallers hermits, a slug, 2 ocellaris & a cleaner shrimp.

I thought I bought a turbo snail from my LPS, however after having it in my tank for a few days with no movement, I picked it up and it was no longer in its snail, so my only thought is that is was a Nassarius snail.

Regardless, I am currently running Jebao OW-10 Wavemaker and have the Fluval Sea Marine Nano Bluetooth LED that came with the tank, however I have heard that this light does not properly reach the bottom where the coral is currently sitting.

I am thinking about buying the aqualllumination AI prime 16 HS reef for my 16 gal. Any thoughts?

I started with 1 AIPrime 16HD on my 13.5 and liked so much that when I upgraded my tank size I bought another. AI primes easily connect with their app and if you have issues there customer support is very good.

Love my prime so many different ways to set it and there are a ton of presets out there that you can start with and then tweak the way you like it. I have one over my 4g of course turned down the intensity a bit.

I have a 16 gallon BioCube with a Kessil a160 over it. I started with the a80 and ran it at 100% color and 100% intensity. I only switched to the a160 bc I had it from another build. I currently run it at the equivalent of what I was running the a80 at. I have no issues growing sps with the a80. Bird Nest, Putple Stylo and a few various Acros.
