background film

were does everyone get that vinyl like black background film?? all i can find local is the tape on plastic.

I used roll on from Home Depot. I would think for a larger tank rolling the back would be easier than spray paint, and for my application I would've had to do a second pass at the bottom to cover the last 6 inches as the film at the Critter is 24 inches wide. And for any of the PVC you might want to paint as said above Krylon Fusion for Plastic is awesome.

I spray painted mine. Dont do it inside. Of u use the film, I applied with vaseline and the use a credit card to get bubbles out. It will last for years.

Never heard about using Vaseline. I used soapy water.

I just gor the background from petsmart has black one side other.is blue. I use electrical tape around edges holds it in perfect no one can tell and its easily changed.
