Hello guys,
Trying to plan my hurricane season out before the storms start. My tank 100% on with the chiller will pull around 1400w so I picked up a power invertor generator for longer term outages.
What I'm concerned about is the 12-24 hour outages that I may not be right in front of. I have a 75AH battery that just arrived I'm going to run my powerheads on. What else should I be concerned with in a 12-24 hour period (In Florida area where it gets hotter) to be on backup for a few hours before I can get back to the tank to fire generator?
Thank you so much for your insight and help!
Tank size: 450 up top and around 50 gallon sump
Lighting: Ecotech radion's / T5 Geisemann's
Skimmer: Bubble king supermarin 250
Flow: 2 MP60 and 2 MP40's
Chiller: Tradewinds 1/3 HP Super Chiller
Dosers: Nepture DOS Dosers
Control: Apex / Neptune
