Bacteria bloom help needed quick

So I am using the Red sea reef mature kit and am having longer that usual bacteria bloom. It has been about 7 days and it will not go away. I am on day 11 of the kit and the parameters are ready for fish but the bacteria bloom will not go away, any advice. I have used the kit before with no problem and have had no bad effects like his. Just need some suggestions.

If you are still feeding the bacteria stop. Without food they will perish over time. If you want results now, run a carbon or uv filter.

Do you have a skimmer? Filter floss? UV sterilizer? All of the above will help reduce a bacteria bloom.

Yes, I have everything besides a UV sterilizer.
