So I have had these fish in qt for around 2 months now 2 rounds of copper cupramine. This has been going on for a round a week now I have done 2-3 20% water changes. Should I try and do a bigger water change 50-60%?
Bacteria bloom?

Have you tried seeding a new filter and replacing the current one?

I have not because my dt tank is running fallow for another couple weeks because of Ich or velvet but I have been changing the hob filter floss every week or so because it was taking out some of the cupramine

@Humblefish can answer better, not sure if you can dose bacteria to help clear that up or if you should do the bigger WC

Ok thanks when I first started the tank up I put half of dr Tim’s bacteria in which was all I had left into the tank and let the sponge filter soak in it for an hour before I put it in

@Humblefish is this a bacteria bloom and how should I fix it?
