Bacteria Dosing and ORP

Not sure what to make of this but when I dose MicroBacter7 my ORP drops considerable (380 to 290), yet when I dose Fritz bacteria, my ORP hardly moves. It is having no effect of my corals just wondering why ORP would change at all?

Bacteria consumes oxygen. This leads me to believe that the fritz might not be good anymore, is it expired or has it been open awhile?

You are absolutely correct, just checked on the bottle and it has expired.
