Hey all. This sucks. These guys are 14 years old and got sick last week. I think it's just now a bacterial thing. Anybody tell me how I can save these guys? Already lost most of the small fish. I've been using ich attack, stress coat, metroplex and garlic(tons of garlic) any help will be appreciated. Hopefully before it's too late.

Love that unicorn!!
Treat in quarantine with Seachem kanaplex
I do realize the unicorn may be a foot long or more- you can try ruby rally pro which is reef safe and will take longer to work than kanaplex

I would try one of the broad spectrum antibiotics and treat in a quarantine tank. Try one week and if one doesn't work, try a different one. Generally if an antibiotic is going to help it works sooner than later. I have had good luck with bacterial infections as long as the fish is still eating.
