Bacteria infection?

My foxface is in QT with a few others, has been treated with coppersafe, prazipro, and now has this on it. I have a few medicines on hand (Maracyn2, Kanaplex, metroplex, hydroplex, reef rally pro, kick ich, and copper) I am not sure what I should be treating him with for this. Eats and swims around fine, hates the cleaner wrasse that will not leave him alone. Prazi is due again in 3 days.

all i see is a dark stressed out fish. have you been doing decent size partial water changes after each of these med treatments?

Not quite 50 %. 40 gallon water change, they are in 100 gal of water in 125 gal tank.

Looks like a pretty serious lesion on its left gill cover. Can you possibly get a clearer picture or perhaps a short video? Does the cleaner wrasse try to pick at that location?

It does pick at that area. I can try to get a better photo or a video tomorrow.

Still tough to see. Given that you’ve been treating for parasites, that leaves bacteria as the next likel cause for this. I think you might consider dosing an antibiotic - the Maracyn 2 perhaps.
