What is the best bacteria for 120 gallon mixed reef tank which can not only be added during the cycling but can also be dosed monthly.

For ongoing addition you might look into Seachem Stability but you shouldn’t really need to add it once the system is established

I've had a great luck with bio-spira and Seachem Stability (which is not listed, and I understand many don't see it as particularly "high end" option). Always fully cycled a tank within a few days.
