Bacterial bloom in established tank

Wow, truly some beautiful tanks. I always felt like I’ve had issues with almost no nitrates/po4. I guess will have to start dosing and see where it goes. I did buy the brightwell neo today and the po4. Since I read that if you dose the nitrate, it ultimately lowers p04

Update:
Since all this has been happening. I decided to pick up some neonitro and neophos. I have been keeping nitrates elevated but getting phosphates up has been harder than expected. But some how even though I haven’t let anything bottom out, looks like Dino’s some how came back

Not sure how I could’ve possibly got Dino’s if I didn’t have them before and all I tried to do was elevate nutrients so my corals weren’t so pale and fix the bacterial bloom. Don’t have a microscope but looks like Dino’s for sure and if I clean the glass, it’s little covered in a brown dust in 30 minutes.
