Tank: innovative marine 30L. Started biopellets back in February (Super Bowl weekend) with a 1/4 of the recommend dose to get things started. Bullt up to 100 ml (2 little fishies brand biopellets)
NOW: at the time I was struggling with high nitrates (25ppm or higher) with 5 fish. A clown, azure damsel, royal gramma, and 2 wrasses. THEN I think the wrasses killed the gramma, the damsel that had been with me for 7 years also died. And a weeks ago the clown died if brooke. 2 fish left.... TODAY: bacterial BLOOM. Took the biopellets offline for now, nitrates at 2.5 ppm. They were steady at about 10ppm since the clown passed and up to yesterday (been testing everyday or every other day)
QUESTION: do I leave the biopellets offline? Or take some out? I don’t plan on adding anymore fish and leaving the 2 wrasse in the tank
