Bacterial bloom?

Should I just wait it out? Or is there anything I can purchase to clean this up?

UV systems can work, some recommend the COODIA green killing machine, it has broken down on me a few times though.

I had a bacterial bloom in mine, nothing helped until one of the amazing members here sent me this link. Within 3 days it was crystal clear.
