Bacterial infection or something else?

It almost looks like Brook.

Have you by chance used any de-wormer yet? I would recommend a 5min FW dip to see if you get any flukes that come off.

Can you post some additional pics?

Agree I’d do a freshwater dip in a dark bucket and report back if you see any sesame seed-like critters leap off.

I have not done a dewormer yet. I was going to wait until I finished the copper treatment. I have general cure on hand. Was really difficult to get a good pic. Here's another.

Almost looks like HLLE too, but photos are quite blurry. I’d do the freshwater dip prior to copper completion. Let us know the results. :)

Yes, sorry about the quality. I took probably 100 photos. I'll do a fresh water dip and see if anything comes off. It does look a bit like HLLE to me also. Here's one more pic. It almost looks like some of the spots could be flukes also.

Caught all three damsels. Did a 5 minute temp adjusted freshwater dip in RO/DI with a bubbler. They didn't like it, but quite a bit of stuff came off! Including some scales it looks like. The question is, should I combine GC with the Copper? Or wait till day 30, remove copper, then do first round of GC.
Wait 5-7 days then do round 2 with a 25% WC in between and a 25% WC after. Actually thought about doing the changes after 24hours of the first and second treatments because I'm not sure how the Melanurus is going to take it. She's done quite well with the copper though. Ramped it up over 6 or so days to 1.75ppm per Hanna Checker. Gosh I love that thing!!! I really hate to combine meds, but I will if y'all think it's needed. I know damsels are pretty resilient, but hate to see them in this condition. Here's a pic of what came off in the bucket. Looks sesame seedish to me. Thank y'all for the response earlier by the way!!![emoji2][emoji844]
