Its indeed bacterial and may be in part due to vitamin deficiency as well as water quality issue. Fish can be treated with Ruby rally pro in tank but more effective would be in a separate quarantine tank treated with Seachem kanaplex
Assure some of these foods are being fed as this fish which is a herbivore needs more than flakes and pellets such as:

LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
TDO Pellets
small plankton
Hikari Marine cuisine
Ocean nutrition veggie diet
spirulina brine shrimp
mysis shrimp
Prime reef
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Does the fish have any other symptoms?
What are the water quality parameters?
What other fish and corals are in with it?
Does it look red in color in person?

Thanks for the reply! She used to come out and eat the frozen with selcon vitachem and garlic, she doesn’t anymore. However I been soaking her nori in it and she will come out and eat a little off of it. My water par seem to be fine. And I highly doubt I will be able to catch her without tearing my scape down lol. Should I do big water changes every so often? And is ruby rally pro okay with corals?

Ruby safe with coral and water change is always beneficial
For future if you ever need to catch a fish with a tank full of coral- consider owning a fish trap - they work!
How are you testing water and what is your ammonia-nitrate- oh- salinity and for feeding, try brine and mysis shrimp which they rarely turn down

The not eating well is a serious additional symptom - that cannot go on very long without having major consequences.
Assuming no water quality issues, I agree that this is likely a bacterial infection and should be treated in a separate tank with a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic.
