Bacterial Infection?

I have had this yellow watchman goby for around 3.5 weeks. I started with a week of observation and then ramped up cuprimine to 0.5 ppm. A few days ago he stopped eating so I put him into another qt with no meds. Now he is still not eating and looking bad. He seems to have a large gray area. Is this bacterial? Anything I can do now or is it too late?

Can you turn on white lights by chance? Its really hard to tell diseases apart in blue light.

If it looks like its growing on the outside of the fish it is most definitely fungal and is fairly easy to treat, most chains carry tons of antifungal medication

I’ll get some better pictures when I get home. It doesn’t look like anything is growing on the fish. It just looks like the skin is changed or possibly missing scales.

The fish seems to also be breathing a bit heavy. He was moved from a 40b with a foxface who seems to be doing great.

Here are some better pictures and a video link. The fish is breathing heavy but did eat tonight. The heavy breathing makes me nervous. I recently lost a flame hawk and a firefish at the end of a 76 day QT for velvet. Only signs were heavy breathing and loss of appetite. Before that they were looking great after a tough fight.
