Bacterial Infection?

Hey everyone.
So my big girl started to develop some kind of growth to her head over the last couple days. It looks elevated. I’ll post a few photos to see what everyone thinks but I’ve never seen anything like that before. My local fish store said it was bacterial so I bought kanaplex and sulfaplex since I didn’t really know which one to use and who knows if I’ll be able to leave my home in a few days to get either one. What does everyone think?
And if you know what it is should I mix it with pellets and focus / add directly / or add just the medicine without focus. Thank you for the help everyone.

Is the growth cottony, fibrous, or cauliflower looking. Any redness or evidence of necrosis? The pics are a bit fuzzy on this end.

Hi Big G - thank you for the help. It almost looks a little fibrous / cauliflower like. To me it almost looked like a small vermatid shell if that makes sense. One lesion is bigger than the other. No evidence of erythema or necrosis from what I can tell right now

Sounds like you might have a bit of lymphocystis on your fish.
