Now this is a new tank about 1-2 moneth but does this look like “ugly phase” because there is a lot of algae here ?

It's green hair algae (GHA).

Scrape it off with a glass scraper, suck it out with a small syphon or net, replace filter socks.
Just done what you said, I have left a bit for my crabs and snails so fingers crossed it won’t grow back,
Thank You

It probably will. Keep at it and have patience.
It won’t be anything to do with my light will it ? I only have an aqua knight LED which I don’t think is the strongest but could it be anything to do with that ? I keep it on for about 9 hours each day on 8 - blue and 4- white

Early in my cycle I added Copepods from Algae Barn. While I can't say it for sure, I haven't had GHA issues till recently. My recent issues I'm writing off as the effect of turning of my skimmer for a long time due to having to medicate the tank, causing a spike in Nitrates. I'm actually about to re-order a couple of pints to restock the tank.

How many copepods do you think I need for my 20 gallon ?

Also do you have any specific snails you would recommend for cleaning the rocks and the glass ?

I can't find a guidance from AlgaeBarn or BRS but this is the product they have:

I'd say no more than one 16oz, post water change, then see how aggressive the return is if any. BRS has some pretty cool videos on the effects of pods. I'd check them out as part of the homework.

Again, only 10 months into this but I only added small amounts of CUC, like 5 hermits crabs and 5 snails at a time. My concern was throwing 50 in there and after the clean they tank, they die of starvation and add to the Nitrates, boosting more algae. I have 2 turbo snails that are the size of golf balls now! Also, an emerald crab or two will be useful and great to look at.
