Bad customer service unique corals

Hi all,

I just wanted to share my experience. The first order I've ever made with unique corals was a while ago where I purchased a blenny that would not eat. Unfortunately, the fish died of starvation and throughout the whole process I gave unique corals updates as to what was happening with the fish. After speaking with one of their reps, I was told that they will replace the fish whenever I wanted to make another order. So Fast forward to two weeks ago, I decided to make another order this time purchasing corals. I've let them know about replacing the fish and when I wanted them to ship the corals. They were supposed to ship the corals on a Wednesday two weeks after I had made my ordered because of work. So fast forward one week after my purchased, I get a voicemail from Donna saying that she wanted me to call her back regarding shipping information and if it was okay for her to ship the corals that day and if she didn't hear back from me she was going to hold the corals. I did not call her back because I was in a meeting and with clients that whole day and I was very confused as to why she would try to ship the corals that day since I had placed detailed explanation on the comment sections when I made the order as to when I wanted my corals to be shipped. Anyways, I decided I'll call her tomorrow and find out what is going on since she said she will not ship the corals. So after two hours after the voicemail from Donna I get an email from unique corals telling me that the corals have shipped. At this time I was very upset and I had to excuse myself from the clients and called unique corals where Donna picked up the phone. She was very rude over the phone and told me that she did not know why she shipped my order even though she saw my notes. Anyways, she told me she will be shipping the corals next week. I said fine.

One week later, that was the day my corals were supposed to arrived. I had taken off from work so I could attend to the corals since it was a rather big order of corals..... I waited until 12 o clock and there was still nothing. So I called unique corals back and Donna answered the phone again. Not to my surprise, she was extremely rude over the phone and yet confused again as why she didn't shipped the corals.. she never apologized for my inconvenience. At this point in time, I just wanted my money back and that's when she told me she could ship the corals that day. I told her politely that I would just rather have a refund. That's when she was very rude and just said OK with an attitude.

I think there are way better vendors here. Especially when Im paying for a service. I should not be on top of people making sure that they are doing their job.

I know people here have good experiences, but unfortunately that was not my case.
