woke up this morning and one fish was missing and the rest looked like near death. tested the water everything was in line. did a water change and went to work just got home and the skimmer was over flowing all ready so i went to empty it and got the shock of a life time........ so is there anyway to find out what is leaking voltage in the tank with out just replacing everything. thanks
 
Dude, be careful....use the procedure in the video link below...
I'd unplug everything make sure you get 0 volts then plug each component hat is in contact with water one by one until you find the culprit(s)
As @ruha456 stated, heaters are the prime suspect....
