I ordered a deep blue 80 from fishtanksdirect on May 2. Tank shipped May 5. On arriving May 15, I saw on the freight truck what appeared to be a crack. I was not allowed to further inspect.

Becuase they dont offer refund if you accept a broken tank, I refused the shipment, called them, and they told me they wouuld have a new tank in the mail tomorrow. Awesome.

On June 2nd, I had not heard anything, so i sent an email that was ignored. On June 6, I called, and it turns out the "crack" was actually spilled silicone. Instead of sending me a new tank, they were planning on sending me the old one. Nobody had ever called me to tell me. They said they would have it out soon.

I called on June 10-15 time period i called a few times but the people handling my case were sick.

As of June 23, no new tank has come and I have not heard anything. I thought my tank would show up last week but it hasnt. I will call monday.

Advice? i needed this tank a month ago. I am moving on july 1st and need to move tanks. was planning on having this cycled in my new place by then, and now i wont even have time to modify the plumbing
