Bad Experience with Advanced Acrylics

I do not recommend Advanced Acylics. I wish I would have read the numerous complaints over the past year before ordering from them. It seems my story is the same as others experiences.
I‘ve been trying to get a simple non-custom dosing container now for nearly 6 weeks. I contacted them 4 weeks ago to see when it would ship and Tristine told me the following week. it never was shipped. I talked to someone there five days ago, and she said she would check why it hadn’t shipped and call me right back. I never heard from this company again. I have tried reaching them by phone and left messages, texted them, emailed them, messaged them through Facebook, even messaged them through PayPal and nothing!!! I can’t say if this company makes good products since I wasn‘t one of the lucky few that got it, but I see a company that is unprofessional, unethical and totally unreliable for the rest of us. I am now in the process of having Paypal resolve my claim In getting my refund.

I am too in the same boat I was quoted 6 weeks for my sump and I am on week 10 and I get the run around so I am doing a claim with my Credit Card.

John @ Advanced Acrylics, Inc. took care of me back in 2017. The quality was absolutely top notch. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect tank.
The tank did take 2 weeks longer than the originally estimated 4 week turn around. The communication from Advanced Acrylics was always average or below average in my experience, but they never ignored my requests.
