I just want to share my recent experience with Aquacave. While I have had nothing but positive experiences with Aquacave in the past ordering T5 bulbs for my reef aquarium, my most recent experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered six bulbs during their black Friday promotion in November. I did not need new bulbs until just a week ago so the order was placed in preparation for this bulb change. One of the ATI bulbs was not working out of the box. I immediately contacted aquacave and they are only willing to issue a 50% credit on the bulb meaning I will have to pay even more out of pocket for a bulb that should have been working to begin with, not to mention shipping in addition to the bulb cost. After my loyal years of doing business and bragging about aquacave to my fellow hobbyists I am regretful to say I will no longer do business with them and will no longer recommend new customers to them. They have great products and great prices but when it comes to resolving issues they failed with me. I don't think I am being unreasonable requesting a replacement bulb since the one they sent was defective or damaged during shipping.
