Bad Experience With John Gemmel

I am sad to say, but i havent had a very good expierence with @John Gemmel . I payed him $550 Via PayPal for a bounce mushroom. I then had a tank crash and Asked for a refund. He then told me that he was going to "put money in the bank" and refund me Tuesday the 2nd. (It was Saturday the 30th) I Then waited all day Tuesday and Wednesday, and then when no refund came in, checked with him Thursday morning. He then replied Thursday evening that he had just gotten back into town and he was going to deposit a check and shoot the money over to me. I did not recieve the money and gave him until 5 pm PT today to deposit the money, or I would be forced to issue a chargeback. He then viewed the thread about 5 hours later that day, and I haven't heard anything back from him, and I started a new conversation with him and let him know that I would be making a chargeback. Just a heads up to buyers out there!

Just an update- he never responded, I got my 550 back through paypal and I haven’t dealt with him since!
