Bad frozen food

[Diet Coke]

About a month ago I got a package of frozen cyclops cubes
I feed one to my coral the next day they were all closed my brain coral began to recede my leather got what looked like yellow scabs where the tentacles were
Everything looked bad
They are slowly recovering
Last night I was going to try cyclops again when I took one out I noticed the top was covered in green mold all the cubes were covered with it
Has anyone had this problem?

I haven't heard of this problem. But possibly the initial batch was compromised upon packaging or maybe it was thawed and then refrozen at the store.

Probably was completely thawed out for a long time then frozen again, throw it out or return it.

Either way I'd toss it. It's cheap enough I wouldn't risk it. I'd also agree it probably thawed out and/or it got a slight tear when it wasn't totally frozen and spoiled. I know on a lot of my frozen foods the back "tinfoil" rips when I look at it wrong
