Bad Idea??

I currently have a sexy shrimp and a small (1 1/2 in) fire shrimp. I’m looking at getting a neon dottyback but the Live Aquaria blurb says that they may eat small ornamental shrimp. These sexys aren’t easy to come by around here so I want to make sure he stays safe. Any info?

I have 2 sunrise dottybacks in the same tank as a cleaner shrimp. no problems.

It may be noted that I do have a bristle worm problem (found two large ones maybe 4-5 inches long) and have noticed babies (1-3 inches) since. They really freak me out so I think this fish would be good, but I really love my sexy since he’s brave and hosts my nem really well

FTS, lots of hiding places and rock work but no sand or lid, is that a problem for this fish?
