I saw something like this while researching something else. Can't seem to find it now. So frustrating! I really need to start writing these things down.

Ok I just did some googling and I saw a imagine that says medsua spaghetti worm, does that makes sense to you guys?

Yep. I'm no expert, but that would be my guess.

Medusa worms are from the sea cucumber family and are harmless with the exception that they can secrete a deadly toxin if they're stressed out or injured. Medusa worms grow quickly and can get quite large too.

Yeah I just read that. And now debating on whether I should leave it or take it out lol‍♂️

So is there a natural predator like a wrasse or something?

Do you have a refugium that can safely house it? If not, I'd remove it if you think it could be injured by powerheads, live stock, etc...

Well I do have a fuge, and I wished I'd thought of that like 5 seconds ago, cause now it's gone

You dont want a spaghetti worm in your refugium, it's part of the CUC and usually hangs out in your sand bed. Great part of biodiversity for your tank so if you see it again I would not worry. Most of the times you'll see their tentacles poking out of the sand bed. As mentioned, it has nothing to do with medusa worms.
