I have a Nano 10 from Innovative Marine...the Skye Light has a dim glow in the middle of the night even though its turned off...I have also smelled an electrical burning smell at those times when my insomnia kicks in at 4:00AM...I contacted IM and they gave me two options: 1. send the unit back and they'll check it (can't do that, my reef will die) or 2. pay for a new light and then send the old one back...if they find it faulty, they'll refund my $...Neither of these options seemed fair nor reasonable...I asked to speak to a supervisor and it has been 2 weeks with no contact...so...

I called Bulk Reef Supply from whom I purchased the unit in the first place...they realized that this was a potentially dangerous situation and are sending me a new light with no charge as I write this post...I am very happy with this solution...so

Innovative Marine=bad service...Bulk Reef Supply=the good guys!:)
