New to group and saltwater alike. Wondering if anyone can help me ID this stuff sprouting up all over my rock. Google Lens brings up several different possibilities but none really look the same. Tank is about 4 month old 75 gallon. pH 8.0, NO² 0, NO³ <5, NH³NH⁴ <0.1, Salinity 1.025, temp 79

Welcome, looks like an algae. Don’t pop it inside the tank if you can avoid it. Some spread fast others not so much. A clean up crew with an emerald crab or urchin will keep a lot of the natural stuff in check. What kind of fish do you have.

All I have are 2 peppermint shrimp, a melanurus wrasse and a tomini tang.

Found this today and seemed very similar but not sure, whatever it is for now it's isolated to only one rock and I'm not sure if I should remove and clean that rock or leave it.
