Right - what are the units of the alkalinity.
Alkalinity is measured in units of concentration, such as: Milligrams per liter (mg/L), Milliequivalents per liter (meq/L), Microequivalents per kilogram (μeq/kg), and Milligrams per liter of calcium carbonate (mg/L CaCO3).


The units of mg/L and part per million (ppm) are equivalent, as 1 ppm = 1 mg/L.
