Bala sharks

Anyone ever hear of adapting a bala slowly into salt water? I know it sounds dumb... But curious if it could work. As of now I have a Harty little fat one in a fresh water and just added some reef crystals to it. Not enough to show. But I plan on this shallow tank being a LPS and softies Dom tank. Moving the shark to my 75... Figure I'll take a month to work the Salinity up... Opinion s?
