All polyps are there and flowing in the water. I've had color loss its almost like it's bleached I've had this for roughly 3 weeks do I need more light?

You should be able to test them at home. Before adding allot of corals please do yourself a favor and invest in the basic testing kits. Nitrate, Phosphate, Calcium and Magnesium. These are essential parts of keeping and growing SPS.

The Bali Green Slimmer is a very tough coral and can handle allot light. Your Zoas in the background would be getting nuked by light if light were effecting your Slimmer. If yours is fading like that, I think your nutrients are way off..

Probably a salt change to start. What are you using? Reef Crystals?

Nope I use a local store here. They use instant ocean the fine salt

Only thing I dose is Fuel And some brightwell calcium

Dry rock I assume. Wait till the 18 month mark for sps. You're going to lose a lot unless you're an sps pro that is home a lot and can monitor and predict every little swing a tank that young is and will go through.

What is best route to lower that

A series of partial water changes with water that’s the right level. Probably a good idea to test their water and go from there. Salifert Kh test kits are easy to use, not expensive.

Ok got a professional to test my KH and it's at 7 what now?

if it’s a 7 then your good. as the system matured, the number will go down and you’ll need to start adding a 2 part solution like ESV B-Ionic or other to keep it at 7-8 and the calcium above 400. Magnesium above 1350ppm. Good test these three regularly for a reef tank.
Regarding the slimmer, your lights might be stronger than what it was used to. I’d start by turning down your intensity a bit by 25% and wait a couple weeks and see if it improves.
