Ball anemone? Arrived on chaetomorpha

Hello,

I received chaetomorpha algae from Aquarium Depot today and was delighted to find a bunch of bristle worms mixed in, but am unsure what to make of these other creatures. They seem like they might be ball anemones based on other posts, but I can't tell exactly since they are so small. I used an endoscope and a microscope to photograph them.

This is my first post here, so I'll attempt to add the photos, but I also posted a video and the photos linked to high quality versions on my blog.

I'm not sure on this....I hope someone with more knowledge will chime in....but I do have experience with aquarium depot and it is not a good one....multiple people have some negative reviews...I hope this is not one of those

It could be a majano that has not colored up yet. Keep an eye on it to see if it turns green or brown. Looks like a good score.

Wow, thanks for the quick responses! I had posted in another forum and got nothing after a couple of weeks. The critters themselves haven't changed much in that time. I will update here if they develop further.

Regarding the vendor, I agree with the negative experience. Several of the animals arrived with no water and were either dead or died shortly after. I posted reviews for everything I purchased, and of course none of them showed up online except the two marginally positive reviews.

I am kind of open to breaking convention regarding quarantining and dealing with pests at least initially on this tank, my first. I'm getting cheap corals, mostly mushroom type, and focusing on crabs and other critters. I already have a splendid population of tiny pods and tiny snails. I am enthralled just watching them!
