Ballast Question

I hooked up a 400w Radium Bulb with a 400w Hamilton magnetic ballast over my frag tank and there is a big diffence in color than my display tank which has 3 400w radiums run by the red coralvue ballast(not the luxcore select a watt). What i wanted to know is which one is pushing the radium correctly? The Hamilton is running really blue which is the way i think a radium is suppose to look. The Coralvue is running the bulb more white with a little blue tint.

The 400 watt radiums are designed to be run on a standard electronic ballast unlike their 250w counterpart.
